Tower of Trials Solution (Floor 30): 1*Senior Ent

No Admission: 4-6 star units and air units

My Solution: 3*Senior Heavy Infantry, 3*Senior Elf Archer, 2X Musketeer 

Difficulty (possibility of this solution not working out): Mid, but your chances of success will be a lot higher if you have 5X speed active

Logic: The Senior Heavy Infantry, the tankiest unit in its category, is key to this set up as it will be the wall between the Senior Ent and your damage dealer(s). However, you will also need the 2 Musketeers in your team as in a battle of attrition, your Heavy Infantry will lose out to the Ent (and rather quickly too if we may add). The value of the Musketeer is in its ability to stun (in both its normal and skill attacks). Doing so disrupts the frequency for which the Ent can cast is skill attack which allows it to restore HP.
